At BestNet, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to love your travel apparel and accessories. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

All returned items are subject to inspection by our team to verify that they meet our return standards. If we find that a returned product has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way, we reserve the right to reject the refund request. In such cases, the item will be returned to the original purchaser, and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending the item back.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bestnettravel.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos if applicable. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send back items without first contacting our team, as unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout once the returned item is received and approved by our team. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for final sale or clearance items. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue.
